When I went home for Thanksgiving one of my family members gave me the scoop about a issue that has affected many of my clients and friends:bootleg CDs and DVDs. To my surprise the buzz on bootlegging in Valdosta was that a Christian bookstore called Christian Virtues was the chief supplier of these items. A week later the buzz must have hit the Lowndes County Sheriff's office. Read the article here.
Now what kind of virtue is that?

Hi Dee,
Boy, I have a real issue with bootlegging. I really hate it! I will not buy nor listen to nor watch a bootleg.
I am not surprised but am totally disgusted and saddened by this article. It seems that more and more lately Christians are being cast in an awful light.
Absolutely deplorable coming from the owner of a Christian bookstore.
The thing that bothers me the most about bootlegging is that it hurts african american artists. We need to show the US market that we have strong purchasing power. But if we don't buy through the market, then no one knows how powerful we are. This also affects our listing as bestsellers. We need that distinction.
We need to support our brothers and sisters in that way.
hi
regina made a great observation. you are right christian are being cast in awful lights. but we as christians should not be quick to judge. what we need to do is wait and see what the outcome will be. maybe this guy was falsely accused. i dont know, but i will wait until it is all over before i speak negative about him. remember that all through the bible alot of Gods people was falsely accused. even Jesus Christ was falsely accused
JUST WAIT AND PRAY FOR HIM!!!
