One the things I love about SistahFaith is that all these incredibly talented women have pulled off the weaves, kicked off the heels, and left their egos by the door. Each one of them have humbled themselves to tell their story of shame--to give their testimony so that another sistah can overcome. SistahFaith is not a pity party, instead it a book full of triumph--women reminding each other that God has not forgotten us, that each of us (no matter if we've shamed ourselves or someone else has shamed us) are special in His sight!
