Christian Writing with Mainstream Appeal Part Two

An excerpt from The written word: Sales of Christian books is on the rise by Beth Rodriguez for News Advance

As far as future trends in the Christian book market, Tamela Hancock Murray,an agent with the Hartline Literary Agency, and author of more than a dozen Christian romance novels and novellas, predicts “we’ll be seeing more books on spiritual warfare, which involves encounters with the unseen spiritual world. … We’ll also be seeing more romance.


I think that crime fiction and suspense will take the genre to the next level more so than romance. Because christian fiction is a bit safe in romance. Or not? Waiting on your opinion...:)
